Los Angeles

August 7th, 2007  |  Published in T-Shirts  |  1 Comment

As someone who grew up (for the most part) in Orange County, I somehow ended up flinging a lot of hate Los Angeles’ way when I was younger. I remember calling it horrible names and dismissing it as nothing more than a trashy shithole. And even tho it still can be sometimes, I’ve managed to fall in love with the city 20 miles north of my sleepy, sterile suburb.

I’ve professed my love for this city on this blog before — so there’s no need to walk thru that well trodden ground, is there? Still, I must say that I’m quite taken with Ubiquity Records rather retro bit of local love. And if that doesn’t tickle your fancy — or you just don’t give a shit about LA — there are loads of wonderful music tees in their shop as well. Oh yeah, they happen to run a pretty amazing record label that’s worth checking out too. But this isn’t a music blog, so I’ll leave it to y’all to look into that…
