One of the more intriguing things about BB-8 is his name. He’s the 8th variation of the BB model. So what were BBs 1-7 like? Did they roll around like BB-8, or was that special for him because it made him look like his number? Does that mean BB-1 looked like an upright stick? BB-4 must have been pretty pointy. I imagine BB-5 was a lot like BB-8 except with a square head instead of round. And BB-6 was just a ball with a long antenna. One day we’re going to see a BB-8 family reunion and we’ll be able to see all of these numbers. It’ll be just like the Christmas Special. Yes, that one. The one we’re not supposed to talk about.
